Modular Tiny House System "GERARD"
Ecologically removable modular house
We have developed a modular tiny house based on the "Sauna TIPPAA". It can be used flexibly, e.g. as a tiny office, home office, for residential purposes, as a farmshop or FoodCoopshop in open spaces.
The house is available in different sizes from 15-150m² and in various configurations. Through the development of its own highly efficient timber construction technology by HUBFOUR, this house can be completely disassembled, it is demountabel and, above all, it is made out of purely ecological materials. Wherever possible, glue and plastic as well as metals and screws are avoided. Only natural materials are used as insulation and construction material.
Different materials are available for both the inner wall cladding and the outer shell. The corresponding material catalog will follow shortly.
We put our VALUES clearly on sustainability in construction with a focus on 100% dismantling and the greatest possible reusability. Much of it is currently in development, but a big step in this direction has already been achieved with the detailed development.

Ökologisch rückbaubares Modulhaus
Auf Basis der „Sauna TIPPAA“ haben wir ein modulares Tinyhouse entwickelt. Es kann flexibel eingesetzt werden, als Tiny Büro zB. Homeoffice, für Wohnzwecke oder auch als Hofladen bzw. Foodcoopshop auf freien Flächen.
Das Haus ist in unterschiedlichen Größen von 15 -150m² und verschiedensten Konfigurationen erhältlich. Durch die Entwicklung einer eigenen hocheffizienten Holzbautechnik durch HUBFOUR, ist es gelungen dieses Haus komplett zerlegbar, rückbaubar und vor allem aus rein ökologischen Materialen herzustellen. Wo es möglich ist, wird auf Leim und Kunststoff sowie Metalle und Schrauben verzichtet. Als Dämmmaterial sowie Konstruktionsmaterial wird ausschließlich auf natürliche Materialien zurückgegriffen.
Es werden unterschiedliche Materialien sowohl für die Innenwandverkleidungen als auch für die Außenhülle angeboten. Der entsprechende Materialkatalog wird in Kürze folgen.
